Step it up | Summer Learning Journey

Optical illusions are ways of tricking the brain into seeing something that may not be there.

To create optical illusion people could search it up.

Then people could draw or use google draw to create that drawing.

Different types of illusions are sometimes confusing to draw.

  1. Hey Chisa,

I’m Daniel from the SLJ Blog commenting team. I’m looking forward to seeing all your amazing blog posts and I hope you’re enjoying your summer.

Nice work on this task, this is one of my favourite illusions out of the examples cos it looks like rollers turning into each other with the thinning part drawing your eye in. You have recreated it very well.

What do you see when you look at this illusion?

    Nice work Chisa,
See you later in the comments.

    1. Kia Ora Daniel,

Thank you for commenting on my blog post. When I look at this illusion I see a wall melting down. Do you think that illusions are sometimes confusing, and why do you think that?

  2. Hey Chisa,

I think some illusion can be very confusing and can take a while before your mind makes the connections and you can see the different effects.

I think that's what makes them fun to look at though, and to make.

    Daniel
