The aboriginal art comes from Australia. Some of the aboriginal art tells stories, and they call it the dream time stories. One of the dream times story is how the kangaroo got its pouch.
Through the first week we started practising dots and lines by making symbols. Some of the symbols are: star, travel sign, boomerang, water hole, foot prints, and the hunter. Next we started making a story about how the kangaroo got it's pouch. I used different types of symbols that explain the story.
The story that I did is the emu trying to eat the baby turtles at night.
