Kiwi Sport | gymnastics

LI.to develop body movements of Balnce,Rotation and strength.

Stretches:
L shape,Seal,Butterfly,Cat,Straddle,Back,Front,Side support.

Rotation 1:
Beam-Backwards.looking at your feet and also move your feet the end.
Box-Cart wheel. Cart wheel buy going right and left.
Bench -Front roll. Rolling forward and landing in the front straight.


Rotation 2:
Trampoline-Star Fish. Speed walking and jumb to the trampoline and do a star jump.
Backwards roll. Putting your hands, looking at your belly botton, pushing your hands and landing straight.
One leg/Scorpian hand stand.hand standing on the mat to the end.
Half 180* Jump. Speed walking and jump and turn 180* turn.

Rotation 3:
Hand stand. Your belly botton is facing in the wall and one of your leg is up.
Front support. Lifting you whole body up and holding tight to the handle.
Parallel Bars. Your arms and legs are lifting your two legs.If the is easy we hve to put our legs in front and open your legs wide.
Back/Side/Front  Rotation. Your hands are being strong and moving all your bodys.

Reflection:
The hard part was the beam - backwards looking at your feet and move your feet to see the end.
