How to brush teeth.

Ingredients

toothpaste

water

Utensils

Toothbrush

Cup

Instructions:

First put some water on the toothbrush.

Next put a little bit of toothpaste on the toothbrush.

Then brush your teeth carefully by brushing them side           
to side, up and down and
round and round.

After that get a cup of water and rinse your mouth.

Finally clean your brush and put it away.
