Toay I was doing letter C,G and N.

It was harder then before.

Next day I wish I can do all the typing right.

This week for Writing we were learning about Compare and Contrast. For this activity I made a DLO that shows similarities and different between Kiwi and turtle. For this learning I worked with my friend Te Ruamati. 

How to use UPS stratagy

This week for maths we were learning to use UPS strategy. The UPS strategy helps my maths word problems. I learned that UPS stands for Understand the problem, Plan how to solve the problem and Solve it.

In the school holidays

This week I was watching the Wimbledon on TV 13.

My favorite tennis player is Roger Federer and my brother likes Roger Federer too.

My brother and I was wishing that Roger Federer was going to win the match.

I had to wait a long time to start.

It started(9:00am:-6:30pm)

Next start was (10:30pm-3:15am)

This story is about Raina and Amara.When Raina was born and really wanted a baby sister.When the new baby was born they called her name Amara.Then they didn’t like each other anymore.Amara wanted  a pet but all died.Then she wanted a dog or a cat but dad was logic in cats and she had on more pet that she wanted it was a snake!Raina did not like snakes.Day after day there parents thought to go to there cousins house.They packed a lot of stuff.They off they went to visit her cousins house with there van.Finally they got to their cousins house and unpacked there things.Raina went to the living room and saw her dad.She was so happy.They waited until night they slept in the living room.After a week they pack and off to there own home and said by to dad.When they were in the middle highway the gas was finished so they waited and waited for someone to help.Came a big orange truck.They asked if they can help.And they said yes.Amara and Raina had to wait for an hour.Then they saw a truck and mum too.They were so happy and went home safely.

Being money smart

Jaydon from the ASB bank came to our classroom yesterday
afternoon.I learnt about visible money.Visible money means the coins and notes.After that I learnt about eftpos and credit cards.

Money in the eftpos belongs to me and credit cards belong to the
banks.If you use a lot of credit cards  to buy you have to pay the money that you borrow.If you don’t pay the money back on time  the bank is going to charge you interest.

When I do chores I can earn money and save it in the bank.

When my family goes shopping I’m going to do this
STWLFGD.It stands for Stop The Wheels Look For Good Deals.
Good deals in the shops helps me save money.
